How to Start a Request
In order to ensure all requests are properly queued, all requests should be logged via our client portal. A ticket # will be generated to track the issue and emailed to you.
If the issue is urgent, affects all users, or severely affects your organization’s operations, you can escalate the ticket by calling in or starting a chat and referencing the ticket number in your email.
Ticket by Form
All support tickets should be created via the Client Portal. This form should only be used if you can't login to the portal to create your ticket and response times may be delayed using this method.
